Both players battled through a demanding field to earn their spots. acero reached the hot seat with wins over Silent_but_Deadly, Albinario, josemacuen, and SpectreDawn.
Cobra’s path was even more grueling. He defeated Bedhead, MC_Clarky, and Balls, then took a loss to SpectreDawn. From there, he fought back through the bracket, beating MC_Clarky again, Silent_but_Deadly, and SpectreDawn in a rematch, before ultimately prevailing over acero in the final.
With the level of competition and the strength of their bracket runs, both players fully deserved their place in the championship match.
