Are Messages like using email?

Yes, it is an internal email that keeps you informed of important information. You can also send messages to other players. Our internal email keeps your personal email separate, we never share you email address with other players.

What kind of important information comes via Messages?

Messages provide notification about match schedules or friends who have signed you up as partners in team events. You also may get other notifications from administrators in Messages.

It is of course also an internal email that you can use to communicate with friends and other players.

Can I forward Messages to my email address?

Yes you can. If you look at your My Profile page and click the pencil under the player picture an Account Setup pop-up appears. At the bottom you can control which messages forward to your email address and keep control of the amount and type of information forwarded to you.
