Issues with Payment

Why was my credit/debit card declined?

Try again and verify your billing address information is correct, the expiration date is correct, and your CVS code is correct. If it still fails:

  • Review your bank’s payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high-value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available (or credit limit). Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.

  • Review your bank’s daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Most banks have limits on how much money can be charged or accessed in a single day. If you reach this limit, your bank may block your account from any further activity regardless of available funds in the account. Your bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the transaction.

  • Contact your bank about payment authorizations, reserved funds, and charges. If your payment is declining due to a lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorizations, verify the amount of time they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorizations to free up funds in your account.

Why was my pre-paid debit card declined?

You may need to register your prepaid credit card. If you're using a prepaid credit card or gift card, register your personal information with the card issuer before checking out. This is usually required if you live outside the US.

Are there any other options for payment?

Yes, PayPal. You can open a PayPal account with a bank account, credit card, or debit card. If we can't process your order, try doing that and then purchase using PayPal.
