I'm a long term supporter of Virtual Pool. I paid for every edition since VP1, except the download version updates and I'm not in this?

Downloaded shots file, format was .vpor not .vpr, consequently will not play even after renaming file.  Registered owner and player of VP4 - have latest version.  Advice, please.

The files online are for online only so unless you have the online client installed they will not work

HEY HUGH perhaps not posting things like :::::::::::Should I participate in the public beta?
If you wish to join, please do so. We are not restricting who can participate and we need to get several hundred players online to do load testing.     Picking favorites isnt the way to go is it ???????

Let me clarify something I been testing this game since last April online.Steve Chaplin announced there will be a public Beta earlyJan 2014. That has been d elayeddue to bug fixes getting done.This chosen few that are online at present are those that volunteered to do testing and were invited online along while ago. The only chosen few right now are the current band of testers to which you were not part of simply as you were nowhere to be seen especially in the vp3 lobby where I did all the asking. So the only time there is a possibility of 100sofpeople online ius as and when its decided to go public to which i have no say. I hope this clarifies.

Well then, Steve must have forgotten my request to test VP4 way back Oct. 2012.

Hi, FM-USA, Gotta say, Steve's reply may well have been missed or was not arriving.
Some email invites were sent yet ended up in junkmail,not sure, yet I heard a lot of testers not getting them & as a tester, some never got to me.
I had another tester forward the most recent of 'testers update' emails.
 
Anyway,  of those who missed the 1st email with some T's & C's in it, heard & responded in other ways, like Hugh said in the GSA lobby & got lucky, for me it was Teamspeak.

Your at least 10 hours ahead of the 7.30GMT  time so Id guess  5.30 am give or take 2hours

Your tournament room appears in the tourney tab   list automaticallyand youare alerted in the lobby that your room is set

I received an email saying: "
As an existing Virtual Pool 4 Offline customer you already have a V$1000 credit for online play (good for a year). You are invited to go online now at no cost.
 
Note: Your customer account you created when purchasing VP4 is also your online account.
 
So I go to my account and I can't find the V$1000.  Where is my V$1000 and when can I use it?
